About proclamations

A proclamation is a formal statement adopted by the Caldwell County Commissioners Court to officially recognize an event, observance, individual, or organization. While proclamations carry no force of law, they reflect the county’s public position and acknowledgment of issues important to its residents. Most proclamations recognize national or state awareness months; others honor specific people or commemorate historic moments.
