About Human Resources
The Human Resources Department supports all Caldwell County employees and elected-official offices. HR manages new-hire onboarding, payroll, benefits enrollment, the employee handbook, holiday schedules, the County's policies on leave and conduct, and EEO compliance. Public Information Requests are not handled by HR — see the Public Information Request page for those.
